I have experienced the physical and mental health benefits of yoga and am passionate about sharing this with others.

After practicing yoga for 15 years, in 2021 I learned about the scientifically proven benefits of yoga on survivors of PTSD and complex trauma and felt the calling to pursue teaching.
I earned my 200-hour RYT from Parallel 45 in Vancouver, Washington in 2022 with the goal of making yoga affordable and accessible to all.
Through continuing education in trauma-sensitive yoga, I’m able to offer trauma-informed yoga classes upon request. I’m also working to expand access to yoga to underserved communities through volunteer work.
