Trauma-informed Yoga
Research shows that survivors of PTSD and complex trauma benefit from trauma-informed yoga. My trauma-informed classes provide a safe space for embodied movement. Private and small group classes available.
Kids Yoga
Mindful movement and yoga is wonderful for the physical and mental health of school-aged children. Not only do young people learn balance and strength but yoga has been associated with increased focus and self awareness.
Corporate Yoga
Schedule a mindful movement or yoga class for your office, retreat or conference. Yoga can relieve stress and improve mental clarity and can even be done at your desk.

Curious about yoga, but have never taken a class? Perhaps you’ve taken a few classes over the years, but never stuck with it? Over the course of two, two-hour classes you’ll learn dozens of the most common yoga postures, as well as what to expect in most Hatha and Vinyasa group yoga classes. This small-group format will help you gain confidence and create a strong foundation for your burgeoning yoga practice!
