Costa Rica - Wildlife and Yoga!

We are heading to one of the most biodiverse areas in the world, Manuel Antonio. This magical place offers a combination of rainforest, beaches, epic sunsets, wildlife and nature leaving you with an experience you'll never forget! Each day you’ll be guided through yoga sequences, accompanied by journaling or breath work activities. Prior yoga experience is helpful but not required. From chasing waterfalls and guided nature hikes, to sunset cruises and more, this week-long adventure is the perfect combination of fun and relaxation.
Yoga for Beginners (Online)

Curious about yoga, but have never taken a class? Perhaps you’ve taken a few classes over the years, but never stuck with it? Over the course of four, one-hour classes you’ll learn dozens of the most common yoga postures, as well as what to expect in most Hatha and Vinyasa group yoga classes. Corporate Yoga
Schedule a mindful movement or yoga class for your office, retreat or conference. Yoga can relieve stress and improve mental clarity and can even be done at your desk.
Trauma-informed Yoga
Research shows that survivors of PTSD and complex trauma benefit from trauma-informed yoga. My trauma-informed classes provide a safe space for embodied movement. Private and small group classes available.
Kids Yoga
Mindful movement and yoga is wonderful for the physical and mental health of school-aged children. Not only do young people learn balance and strength but yoga has been associated with increased focus and self awareness.
